Tina Pilot

Tina obtained her real estate license in 2007. Won Realtor-Associate of the Year 2013, State of NJ peers voted.

Tina obtained the designations of ABR and CNE in 2011 and SRES in 2012.

The Accredited Buyers Representative designation is important when working with buyers. The knowledge and education is very valuable to share with a buyer.

The Certified Negotiation Expert has taken my business to a new level. The negotiation of a contract is certainly of importance when handling either a sale or a purchase.

The SRES designation has helped understand the senior market. Baby boomers represent the largest and wealthiest group of buyers and sellers in the country. This unique opportunity affords me to counsel adults age 50+ with selling their family home, buying rental property, choosing the right senior community for their needs, amongst other options for their future.

Referrals is a service Tina provides. When moving from or to another state or county is important if someone doesn’t know an agent in the area.

Tina has worked in the insurance, mortgage, and title business since 1998 and has a very diverse background in the industry.

Customer service has always been and still is a priority. She is a consultant and educator and brings quite a bit of humor to her profession and peers.

She has been a notary public for many years and has served doing so in Ocean, Monmouth, Middlesex, Somerset, Essex, Hudson, Bergen, Atlantic, and Burlington Counties.

Tina has served on the RCS Committee of the Ocean County Board of Realtors for two years and has networked other professionals onto the committee and other committees that needed new members.

Tina is a member of one of the top four teams of RE/MAX in New Jersey and dedicates her time to the strength and membership of the team.

Tina has served many charities since 1990. She started with Habitat for Humanity as well as Big Brothers/Big Sisters in Newark, NJ.

She has helped collect and donate many items to The Ronald McDonald House in Long Branch, NJ as well as Oceans of Love in Toms River, NJ.

Tina is a person that will hear someone in need and utilize her network of associates to get what is needed by either an individual or an organization. Seniors are important to her and works with the Board of Social Services to help obtain food and necessities for them.
